Group Founder
Mark is a founding investor in XG and accesses 30 years industry experience to advise and invest in cohort initiatives. His experience includes multiple start ups of Technology focussed recruitment and contracting businesses and their journey through national and international expansion to successful exit.
Emma Dwyer
Head of People and Culture
Initially a founding team member at Technology People Group Emma is now responsible for recruitment and retention across the group investments in Technology People and Novon Consulting. Emma has worked with clients in both environments which gives her unique insights in this leadership role.
Dominic DuFaur
Group MD
Dom is Founder and Managing Director of XG Companies, Technology People Group and Novon Consulting. Dom has 20 years industry experience building and leading teams in Technology Recruitment and Services. He also engages with clients on key executive search assignments where international reach is required.

Richard is a Founder of XG companies, Technology People Group and Novon Consulting. Over 20 years Richard has built a deep knowledge of the IT Consulting marketplace. He leads the growth of the services business Novon Consulting.
DONNA MAYHEW
FINANCE MANAGER
Donna owns group finance, governance, payroll and support for XG Companies, Technology People Group and Novon Consulting across both Australia and the UK operations. Donna is also guiding the build of our shared services offering.
Joanne Maggs
Director
Joanne drives business and client development for XG Companies, Technology People Group and Novon Consulting. Joanne also leads the design of client solutions for projects, customer experience and exec search campaigns.

Kirsten Dickin

Kirsten is executive support for XG companies utilising shared services. Kirsten also is responsible for the development of social channels and events.
Lucy Russell
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Lucy is an office administrator working closely with the accounts department. Lucy supports contractor and consulting payroll for our shared services partners and general communications between these clients.
